Our staff of 14 professional collectors includes 12 frontline collectors, a collector specializing in difficult legal collections, and a supervising collector with a combined total of 250 years of collection experience. We also employ a legal secretary along with two assistants, a bankruptcy clerk, and a trust accounting clerk. Our customer service department is staffed with two debt collection specialists with a total of 55 years of experience.
Our collectors are trained using the latest training tools and techniques provided by the American Collectors Association, the largest trade group of professional debt collectors in the world. We also subscribe to the ethical standards set by the American Collectors Association.
